Written exam on 03-04 December 2026; online applications 16 Sep - 15 Oct 2026. 120 objective MCQs (4 options, OMR-based, Hindi & English medium) worth 360 marks in 2 hours. This replaces the historical Super TET/ATRE pattern of 150 questions / 150 marks / 150 minutes with no negative marking. Valid TET (Class 1-5) pass is mandatory eligibility. The Language section is a single 30-question / 90-mark block combining Hindi, Sanskrit and English; the per-language split below (30 marks each) is an even apportionment, not an officially published sub-division.
